The exhibition titled “Portrait of The Society” used the Royal Portraits in the Society’s collection to guide visitors through the history of the organisation. The exhibition used QR codes to provide levels of interpretation which would appeal to all visitors from school groups up to visiting researchers and Fellows. This installation delivered high-quality interpretation, tailored to the needs of the institution, in an accessible way – utilising PIXILABS BLOCKS software to create digital displays available on the visitor’s smartphones.
