This exhibition at Spalding Gentlemen’s Society was the result of a collaboration between the Society, volunteers, and the University of Roehampton. This display explored the early days of the Society, and how a global network developed from travel and knowledge exchange. A combination of archival materials, scientific instruments, and natural specimens were used demonstrate global connections in the Society’s 300 year history.
