The journey commenced in 2019 with a dream sparked by a fervent passion for cultural heritage. Armed with a vision to bridge the past and present, the foundation for our consultancy was laid, driven by the belief that preserving history is a noble pursuit.
In 2020 we adapted our work in heritage to take advantage of digital innovations in the field. Working on online oral history projects we saw the importance of sharing first-hand narratives and connecting people’s experiences.
In 2021 our work expanded in formal education, working to developing history lessons informed by the National Curriculum. Our work in education continues as a reminder that innovative, exciting approaches can inspire the next generation.
In 2022 Kathryn began her study of MA Cultural Heritage at the University of Roehampton. This course focused on how heritage is experienced, produced, and curated.
The year 2023 marked the culmination of academic study and launch of our consultancy services. Rooted in the understanding of cultural heritage practises, a background in formal education, and the professional museum experience gathered along the way, we combined these areas into a business which would balance best practices with innovation, and an inclusive, accessible approach to history.
